Next-Gen Immunotherapies: Harnessing Evolutionary Diffusion Models for Enhanced TCR-Epitope Sequence Generation

This project investigates the application of diffusion models in generating T-cell receptor (TCR)-Epitope sequences to enhance immunotherapy strategies against cancer and infectious diseases. By leveraging evolutionary data and advanced computational techniques, this approach aims to design TCR sequences with high affinity for specific epitopes, offering a potential breakthrough in personalized medicine. The findings could revolutionize the development of targeted therapies and significantly impact patient outcomes. Future work will focus on refining these models to accommodate a broader range of epitopes and exploring their integration into clinical treatment planning.
