Using MRSI to Determine the Chemical Signatures of Hyperintensities

Data icon, disabled. Four grey bars arranged like a vertical bar chart.

This research investigates the application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to locate hyperintensities in the brain and employs Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging (MRSI) to determine the chemical signatures of these areas. The findings suggest that MRSI can effectively identify abnormal regions, enabling earlier diagnosis and treatment. Future research should focus on refining MRSI techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.
