Underwater Robotics at Arizona State is designing and constructing an autonomous robot that can navigate and manipulate objects underwater. Building this robot has allowed team members to create value in the community and themselves by exploring new underwater navigation systems and improving their design skills. The result of building this robot will allow for members to create new connections in industry by competing in Robosub and the National Underwater Robotics Competition. The next step in this project is to have the robot be used as a base that future members can explore their curiosity and improve upon it.
