PiTE II: TCR-epitope Binding Affinity Prediction with Contribution From CDR3-Alpha, V, and J Genes

Accurate prediction of the binding affinity between T cell receptor (TCR) and antigen pairs is essential for developing immunotherapy strategies. Historically, prediction models considered only the complementary-determining region 3 (CDR3) of the beta chain of the TCR, but recent developments have shown that incorporating more regions of the TCR in the prediction model can lead to improved accuracy.
