Linda Chattin
Teaching Professor, School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence
Dr. Linda Chattin is a Teaching Professor in the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. She teaches undergraduate courses in the Engineering Management and Industrial Engineering programs. These courses include Statistics and Probability for Engineers, Production Control, and Urban Operations Research. Her areas of teaching expertise are operations research, probabilistic modeling, and statistics.
She was a lecturer from 1994-1999 in the Industrial Engineering department at the State University of New York at Buffalo and has been teaching at Arizona State University since 2000.
Dr. Chattin received the Alan B. Pritsker Outstanding Industrial Engineering Teacher Award in 2009, 2010 and 2013. From the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, she received a 5% Top Teachers Award in 2015 and 2022.
